Our goal is to deliver all of your belongings to your new home without damage. However, we understand that accidents do happen. If you have a claim for your recent move, please contact our office to request a claim form to meet your move’s submission timeframe.
Claim forms must be submitted within the applicable time frame to be considered:
- Local moves – 15 days from delivery date
- Intrastate moves – 30 days from delivery date
- Interstate moves – 9 months from delivery date
Because our standard valuation coverage is based on weight, please be sure to include the weight of each claimed item. Additional information, such as manufacturer, purchase date, and receipts, can all be helpful and will expedite the claim review process.
Please allow 30-60 days for claims to be processed.
