Afternoon Policy

As a service to our customers, we schedule some moves in the afternoon for those who either cannot move in the morning, or for those who need to move on days in which the mornings are completely booked with previously scheduled jobs.

If we schedule your move for an afternoon timeframe, the moving crew will generally arrive between 1-5pm, depending on how the job prior to yours went, and if that customer gave us an accurate description of the work to be done.

We schedule our trucks to arrive at your job site as early as possible. We provide an estimated time of arrival, and stay in touch with you on the day of your move.

Important: If you have transferred or terminated your phone service, make sure to provide us with mobile numbers so that we can reach you at both your loading and unloading locations. We always work until we are finished or until you say we're done, whichever comes first.

We realize that when you schedule our service, you are depending on us to be there and take care of your move. Afternoon moves generally involve more variables, so arrival time is less predictable. Please keep this in mind when you schedule an afternoon job.

If your move has an afternoon start time, please feel free to call around noon on the day of your move, and we will contact the crew to give you an approximate time of their arrival.
