Administrative Assistant / Move Coordinator

Kate joined the My Guys team in February of 2021 after five years of specializing in customer service and project coordination in the home improvement industry. Whether it’s a home renovation or a move, she loves taking what is often a stressful situation and bringing all the moving parts together so that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

She enjoys working in My Guys’ fast-paced, but friendly environment. She tries to look at every customer interaction as an opportunity to solve someone’s problem or make their day a little bit easier. Her customer service philosophy is “If this was my mother, how would I want her treated in this situation?”

Outside of work, Kate enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles, crafting, home improvements, and hanging out with her dog, Lacey.
