How is technology used to enhance the workplace?
MG Office Movers implemented new initiatives in 2022 to increase efficiency and productivity. Most ambitiously, we launched new software for booking, dispatching, and project management. The crews now use tablets to provide customers with a fully digital experience for move management, allowing real-time updates on their project’s progress.
What’s the best thing about the office culture?
It’s fun and collaborative. We believe in TEAM – Together Everyone Achieves More! The better we work together, the better the experience is for everyone, so we try to enjoy it.
What advancement opportunities are available?
Our ‘Growth from Within’ program promotes internal advancement at My Guys. We are only as good as the people around us, so we do our best to promote from within. The success of our people is most important.
How does management like to motivate employees?
Our leadership is made of Servant Leaders who go above and beyond to take care of the people at My Guys, motivating them through positive reinforcement, rewards, and profit sharing.
What training opportunities are available to employees?
Office moving employees are certified by the International Office Moving Institute. New crew members are mentored and rigorously trained in our onsite facility. For those interested in getting a Class A Commercial Driver’s License, we pay 100% of the cost.

My Guys faithfully serves local charities and community needs. From transporting supplies to hurricane and tornado disaster areas to helping gather clothes and toys for underserved children during the holidays, we do our best to give back to the local communities we serve.

Our current initiatives include large investments in employee wellness, new hardware, and software to enhance communication between teams and customers.
What industry challenges does the company face?
COVID impacted the commercial market. With remote work options, clients do not need as much space. This has limited the need for office moves, other than downsizing. Finding qualified labor has also been a challenge.
